Next Annual Meeting is 2/24/2025!

 You are cordially invited to attend the CHCSI ANNUAL MEETING for residents of the Camino Heights and Camino Hills neighborhoods on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24th at 6:00 p.m. at CHATEAU DAVELL WINERY, 3020 Vista Tierra Dr.  All residents, whether you are a member/owner, new resident, non-member, or renter are welcome to attend.  Complimentary charcuterie will be served and wine will be available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle. 

At the meeting residents will have the opportunity to join our membership, pay annual $100 dues (due by March 31st), voice questions or concerns, learn what the Board of Directors has been working on this past year, review the financial report, volunteer for the 2025 Board of Directors or Maintenance Team, and vote for the incoming Board members.  We have an opening for the Treasurer position as John Lauder steps down after many years of honorable service. 

 Only members in good standing have voting rights and the right to hold office.  Members must be owner residents and pay the one time membership fee of $250 plus the $100 annual dues.  We currently have 54 member households and encourage all property owners, especially those who border the open space, to become members in order to have a voice in the management of it.  Any non-member resident, whether a renter or owner, is welcome to donate any amount of money and/or to volunteer their time in helping to maintain our open space.  If you will be joining and/or paying your dues at the meeting, please bring a check or money order (no cash, please) made out to CHCSI.
